Plenna® is a women’s health company based in Mexico that integrates medical care, technology, and experience design to offer personalized and comprehensive services throughout each stage of life. With a clinic-first model and a strong digital component, Plenna focuses on gynecology, fertility, obstetrics, mental health, and preventive care. Its mission is to redefine the way women access and experience healthcare in Latin America.

The Plenna Patient Portal is a web platform I designed and launched as Senior Product Owner in early 2022.We implemented a portal that allows patients to:

• Schedule their appointments online, eliminating friction from the sales team.

• Fill out their medical history in advance, improving consultation efficiency.

• Access past results and consultation summaries, enabling better continuity of care.

This tool became a foundational product within Plenna’s digital strategy and laid the groundwork for what would later evolve into a mobile app.
