Plenna® is a women’s health company based in Mexico that integrates medical care, technology, and experience design to offer personalized and comprehensive services throughout each stage of life. With a clinic-first model and a strong digital component, Plenna focuses on gynecology, fertility, obstetrics, mental health, and preventive care. Its mission is to redefine the way women access and experience healthcare in Latin America.
As Plenna grew, the company identified the need to develop its own Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system tailored to its specific workflows and with a primary focus on gynecology. There was a growing demand to generate multiple types of specialized ultrasound reports, colposcopies, and to capture patient information more efficiently during consultations.
We decided to build a custom EMR that would fully meet our clinical and operational needs. All clinics now use this system, and we continue to integrate artificial intelligence to streamline both medical and administrative processes.
The EMR has become one of Plenna’s most strategic products—critical for its scalability, operational efficiency, and long-term profitability.
